NEIGRIHMS started its Undergraduate MBBS Course in 2008 with 50 MBBS seats and this intake is set to be doubled in the coming academic year. Our Postgraduate Program (MD/MS Courses) commenced in 2009 and Post-Doctoral Programme (DM Cardiology) in 2012. The B.Sc. Nursing course was started in 2006 with an annual intake to 50 students, to be doubled to 100 in the coming academic year while the M.Sc. Nursing course with an intake of 10 students began in 2016. The Academic Council of NEIGRIHMS has approved the introduction of Post Graduate/ Post-Doctoral Fellowship Programmes in the disciplines of Cardio Vascular Thoracic Surgery, Urology and Renal Transplant Surgery, Neurosurgery, Neurology, Orthopaedics and Physical Medicine Rehabilitation, Emergency Medicine and Trauma, Radiation Sciences, Medical Oncology, Clinical Haematology and Transfusion Medicine, Ophthalmology, ENT, Clinical Biochemistry, Community Medicine etc.
